Partners in Retail is a small group of retail specialists focused on delivering improved commercial performance. We work with all consumer facing businesses from small museums to major high street brands. We also work with suppliers and provide advice to investors.
We work in partnership with our clients on consulting projects, individual mentoring, and interim assignments. Our flexible approach means we can work on an individual project basis, as retained advisors, or as one of your executive team.

We are a small network of independent retail experts who regularly work together on projects that require specialist skills. Our knowledge and experience are drawn from senior management positions, directorships, business start-ups, advisory roles and consultancy projects, across a wide range of retailers and retail suppliers. We work both internationally and across the UK.
Each project team is tailored to our clients’ requirements offering breadth and depth of expertise built on both senior level consulting and retail management experience. Without the constraints of larger organisations we offer greater efficiency, flexibility and value.
